The fall colors will be focused on these shades:

Below, we’ll list some pieces you’ll be seeing a lot of in the stores and that you may want to add to your wardrobe for fall.
Knits: Knitted up sweaters, dresses and tuques. Ladies will layer knits and tie them off with belts. Men can’t go wrong with classic cardigans.

High collars. These aren’t only fashionable, they are very practical as well. In addition to making you look modern, a high collar will keep you warm from cold winter winds that we all know too well in Minnesota.
Turtlenecks. Turtlenecks are a hot trend this fall. Before you say, “Ewww,” keep an open mind!  Everything depends on how you wear it. Try to mix colors and add some funky accessories to your look and the turtleneck will change from the very dull to a stylish piece.
Fringe. A few seasons ago fringe was one of the top trends and now it seems to be coming back. However, this time fringe isn’t as widely used. It goes only on clothes. No shoes, bags or any other accessories see so much of it this fashion season.
Gloves. This fashion trend for Fall/ Winter 2010/ 2011 comes as no surprise as we all pack up with at least two pairs of gloves for the freezing season of the year. But you can feel free to choose fingerless or lacy gloves now because they are extremely popular though hardly practical.
Combo. Military mixed with grunge (’90s) looks will be a trendy look.  Burberry is making green trench coats, while Dolce and Gabbana are crafting replica army boots.
Happy Shopping!
